Container Docking Station

Transport and warehousing simplified decoupling

The container docking station enables efficient, flexible, and cost-effective logistics processes. You can park, pick up or exchange containers or swap bodies independently of the trailer and organise volume flows via intelligent depot and hub structures.

A container is set down, the trailer immediately moves on, and another container can be picked up. The entire process takes place without a crane or reach stacker., without fixed time slots and can be done by a single person performed independently in the shortest possible time.

Our docking stations have been successfully in use for years, particularly for secure hydrogen logistics.

The docking station is DEKRA certified up to 34 tonnes, earthquake-proofed to Eurocode 8, and designed for continuous industrial use. The containers must have ISO-certified corner fittings.

ContainerMover

Efficient rail loading process without crane or reach stacker

The ContainerMover is a device mounted on the truck chassis for direct transfer between truck and train.

Containers are moved directly from the truck onto the railcar or vice versa. The entire loading process can be carried out independently by a single person, without a crane or further aids.

This reduces personnel expenditure, avoids waiting times, and creates a plannable, independent loading infrastructure.
